This is one of the CHOR company. The only good thing is they know how to eat your money. The SIM is so useless that it dont work many of the times. It is an embarrassment when all your fellow mates are getting signal and you are xlimbing up and down for signal. The customer care is so pathetic that they are lost most of the time and keep you confused most of the times. There are many more good options available in the market which have very good signal reception and reliable like I-Vita and chilli SIM. I VITA is easily available in mumbai and company do courier SIM to ur home.
Being a earthroam user for so many years I finally quit earth roam with $ 150 in my account balance. The $150 was not used as no signal and sim is down most of the times and when ever it connects you have lot morenof call drops.
All those my shipmate please refrain from buying earth roam SIM and use Ships communication system rather because earth roam is more of stress when most required.
